Cool Reception make a point of always trying to answer all enquiries as promptly as possible and we can normally quickly provide all the information required regarding availability and cost etc, so clients can come to an informed decision as quickly as possible.

When necessary we can provisionally hold a date for clients for a short period of time but to avoid disappointment it must be confirmed as soon as possible.

Once a definite booking is made there are only two simple steps to follow. Cool Reception will provided you with written confirmation and in return you provide us with signed confirmation along with an agreed deposit. This process gives clients the confidence of having written confirmation and also provides the band with a reassurance that any clients are serious about booking us for a function.
